With over 11 years of experience in the field of education, Taimak Willis is a seasoned educator who has dedicated his career to shaping the minds of young learners. From guiding second to fourth-grade students in their academic journey to assuming the role of a principal, Taimak embodies the essence of leadership in the school system.
Driven by the belief that leadership is about influence, Taimak draws inspiration from John Maxwell’s timeless wisdom: “Leadership is influence.” As a certified team member of the John Maxwell team, he has immersed himself in the principles of leadership excellence, equipping him with the knowledge and skills to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
